We ship worldwide. Shipping inside the United States is free with a minimum purchase of $50. Products made to order will take 2 to 3 weeks for completion and shipping. In the case you need an item expedited, please email us for further assistance.

Free Shipping for all Domestic Orders Seller of Jewels by David's House of Diamonds with a minimum of $50 and up. Shipping is with reliability and accountability of FedEx or UPS First Class. SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED.

International Orders: Orders typically take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive via Fed Ex. Tracking number will be sent once the item is fulfilled to the email or number that is left during checkout.

Many packages take time passing through customs, especially those containing jewelry. This process is completely out of our control. Seller of Jewels by David's House of Diamonds is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any CUSTOM FEES you may be charged with. We are not responsible for any customs fees involved with the delivery of packages for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchange details we have a 14 day return and refund policy. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange or return the jewelry for a full refund within 14 days from the day you receive the item.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, with the exception of custom-made or "personalized" orders. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery. We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Because of the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

*NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS. ORDER CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 24HRS OF THE TIME IT WAS PURCHASED.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM DAVID'S HOUSE OF DIAMONDS.

Please follow our 3 easy steps below:

1. Let us know you would like to make a return OR exchange the item: Contact us by emailing us at: info@davidshouseofdiamonds.com, or a call/text at: 714.394.0997 with a detailed message.

2. PACKAGE YOUR ORDER: Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund or exchange you must provide the ring in the condition the ring was sent to you. Please write a note inside the package with what needs to be done with the item and the name that was on the order so we can make sure the money is refunded or credit is given to the correct person.

3. SHIPPING & INSURANCE: Once you have packed the item, ship the item to:
